Healing Ground Workshop

Healing Ground - Finding Safety and Meaning in Grief

An educative and creative workshop providing a safe and supportive place to explore, reflect, process & honour your grief in meaningful ways.

The Healing Ground workshop provides a safe place for you to experience:-

  • Somatic practices for grounding and safety in grief.
  • The art of creative ritual in grief and loss.
  • Expressive arts using hands on clay work as self-expression.
  • Meaningful ways to externalise, reflect and process grief.
  • A deeper understanding of your grieving process empowering you to walk your grief journey with greater trust.
  • Healing support in a group and the importance of having your grief witnessed.

Clay offers a gentle way to hold what we feel, helping us shape sorrow into something seen and understood. When words fall short, let your hands meet the earth. In the silent language of clay we find ways to honour our grief and let our hands speak what words cannot.
